Although AsianWok products are packaged carefully, damage may occur in transit. If this happens please save all contents, including packaging, and contact us. AsianWok will submit a claim to the carrier for investigation, which may take up to two business weeks to complete. Once the claim process has been resolved, damaged items will be replaced with no additional shipping charges.
