We collect information through the use of secure online forms. We use cookies to identify Registered Customers so that the custom features of the shopping basket system work properly. No personal information is collected by browsing the site.

Order Fulfillment Policy
Due to rapid changing market conditions beyond our control, AsianWok.com cannot guarantee availability and prices of all products and brands listed in this website.
Orders for unavailable products will be substituted with an alternate brand or will not be filled if an alternate substitute is not available. If you do not want a substituted brand, please indicate your preference in the comment box at checkout.
Products (or combination of products in an order) with prevailing market prices exceeding $1or 10%, whichever is higher, over website prices will be designated "unavailable." Customer will be notified and a re-order can be placed. Otherwise, the minimal increases will be charged to the order.

Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, Master and Discover cards. We also accept Debit card, Paypal, Money Order, and Cashier's Check. We do not accept American Express. Orders will be processed after funds are received for Money Order or Cashier's Check payment. Orders paid with PayPal will not be processed until funds have been transferred to AsianWok's account.
